Hey there!  Summer is here and most of us are taking trips!  I am trying very hard to keep my eating clean while traveling.  Not so easy to do but I feel so much better if I keep it clean! Mainly I try to  drink lots of water, pack healthy snacks, don't skip any meals, and try to find some way to work out or exercize!  Happy trails!!
