Hey there! Summer is here and most of us are taking trips! I am trying very hard to keep my eating clean while traveling. Not so easy to do but I feel so much better if I keep it clean! Mainly I try to drink lots of water, pack healthy snacks, don't skip any meals, and try to find some way to work out or exercize! Happy trails!!
It's not raining in Missouri!!! Might be able to get some golf in this weekend. I love this game! I have a group of girlfriends that we manage to play enough that we have forged a bond! Great fun, especially when you win a tournament! It is never too late to take up golf. Grab a used set from a thrift store, try to get a lesson, and just go out and hit! You will be amazed at the release it provides! Good luck and GO GOLFING!

Plant the Seed for Cleaner Eating
Clean eating isn’t something that can just be achieved over night. It’s something you work towards by slowly and consistently making healthier choices and changing up old habits. You don’t have to be a vegan or vegetarian, but moving towards a more plant based diet ensures that you get as many fruits and vegetables at each meal as possible.
One of the best ways to plant seeds for clean eating is to start making switches. Find places in your diet where old habits can be modified, for example let’s say you snack on potato chips at night, try switching to lightly salted nuts and seeds or homemade vegetable chips. Or if you crave sugar after meals, have a piece of fresh fruit or some homemade fruit compote.
