Hey there!  I have been running since my Dad entered me in an AAU Track meet when I was 10 years old.  I have always been active but love to run.  I have been so healthy most all of my life and I contribute that to running on a regular basis.  Just try it!  Start the first week walking, and then each week do a little more.  Happy running!
