Hey there!  I have been running since my Dad entered me in an AAU Track meet when I was 10 years old.  I have always been active but love to run.  I have been so healthy most all of my life and I contribute that to running on a regular basis.  Just try it!  Start the first week walking, and then each week do a little more.  Happy running!

Hi!  This is something I have always struggled with.....processed foods.  Just too easy, too delicious, too fun!  But after reading the article, I learned a great deal of the value of staying clear of processed foods.....for overall health.  This is something I strive to do every single day.....eat healthy.  Good luck!

Hey there!  I am all about 5 minutes of anything!  This sounds easy enough!  The technique is called Inspiratory Muscle Strength Training (IMST), and researchers led by Daniel Craighead — a postdoctoral researcher in the University of Colorado Boulder's Department of Integrative Physiology — have tested the technique in a clinical trial.
